Public Art Service

The buyer requires a vendor to provide public art services. The selected professional artist or artist team must design and install a site-specific, permanent public artwork tailored to a skyway environment. The buyer allows artists to utilize glazing, lighting, flooring, architectural surfaces, or a combination of appropriate media. Vendors will perform the work offsite. The buyer limits eligibility strictly to onshore USA organizations. Interested bidders may submit their responses digitally through email or online. The buyer lists the budget as "Looking for Proposals" and requires vendors to submit all questions no later than October 10, 2026.
