RFI for Anatomic Pathology Specimen Tracking System - Sources Sought

The buyer seeks an Anatomic Pathology (AP) Specimen Tracking System to support end-to-end tracking of AP specimens, cassettes, and slides from accessioning through final disposition. The vendor must provide and configure the system offsite to align with the Federal EHR Baseline and Oracle Health Commercial Model. At a minimum, the system must support site workflows for accessioning, specimen receipt, grossing, embedding, microtomy, staining, slide distribution, sign out, archival, and pathologist workstations. To meet eligibility requirements, the bidder must be an onshore USA organization. The proposed system must feature preexisting Oracle Health device drivers and preexisting integration with Oracle Health Advanced Barcoding and Tracking (AB&T), as custom development of drivers or AB&T integration is out of scope. Additionally, the system must be configurable to align with national standards, allowing adjustments to workflows, label formats, and integration parameters without custom code changes. The buyer is currently seeking proposals for the budget.
