Home Care Experience Survey, Data Collection and Analysis Service

The government authority located in New Brunswick requires a vendor to provide a bilingual, paper-based, confidential home care experience survey, along with data collection and analysis services. The vendor must survey citizens receiving publicly funded home care services in the province. The requested scope includes developing a tracking method to link survey responses to baseline demographic information, de-identifying and coding data, and weighting survey results by age, gender, and community. Additionally, the vendor must provide final survey response data sets in Excel and SPSS, while making preliminary response data sets available upon request. The vendor will perform all work offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Canadian organizations only. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
