Maldives - Video Production Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide translation, revision, and video production services to develop a video series across various islands in the Maldives. The requested scope spans three phases: pre-production, where the vendor must develop creative concepts, detailed storyboards, scripts, and interview questions; production, which requires conducting on-location filming, drone videography, and interviews across nine selected solution sites; and post-production, which includes editing, color grading, sound mixing, sourcing licensed background music, adding graphics and branding, creating English and Dhivehi subtitles, and incorporating sign language interpretation. The buyer retains review and approval authority over all concepts, storyboards, scripts, and final products.
