Recorder Notification System

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a recorder notification system that performs specific data and mailing functions offsite. The system must receive data from separate sources using approved IT security methods, match and merge Assessor and recorder fields, produce daily or weekly notification PDFs for mailing, offer a voluntary electronic subscription option for the public, and support ongoing quality control with system staff. Only United States organizations are eligible to bid, and the vendor must perform all work at its own office premises. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 2, 2026.
