Water Quality Surveillance and Response System

The government authority in Maryland requires a consultant to provide a water quality surveillance and response system to support its drinking water contamination preparedness, surveillance, and response programs. The contractor must supply technical expertise to review and enhance current systems, including online monitoring, customer complaint surveillance, laboratory confirmation, and consequence management. Specific tasks include contaminant prioritization, risk assessment, monitoring technology evaluation, standard operating procedure improvements, and training support for the Contamination Rapid Response Team.
