Integrated Enterprise Reporting and Information Management Platform

The buyer requires a secure, scalable, commercial off-the-shelf enterprise reporting and analytics platform to support institutional reporting, data access, and decision-making across executive and academic operations. The requested scope includes software licensing or subscription services, system implementation and configuration, integration with State-authorized data sources, security and role-based access configuration, knowledge transfer, training, and ongoing maintenance and support services. Work will be performed offsite. Only USA organizations located onshore are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 9, 2026. The contract term is three years, and the buyer requests budget proposals from vendors.
