RFI for Specialty Mental Health Services

The County of San Diego seeks input and feedback through this Request for Information to help shape a service model for "Our Safe Place," which delivers outpatient Specialty Mental Health Services to youth up to age 21 who identify as LGBTQ+. Respondents will answer questionnaire items detailing strategies, access improvements, referral methods, and coordination opportunities to support this vulnerable population. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to participate, and vendors must perform the offsite work from their own office premises. Interested parties must submit written questionnaire responses electronically in Word or PDF format via the BuyNet system by 5:00 PM San Diego Time on October 19, 2026. The County will host a virtual RFI meeting on Microsoft Teams on October 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM San Diego Time, and respondents must submit all written questions through BuyNet before 5:00 PM on October 12, 2026. This RFI is strictly for information and planning purposes, so the County will not evaluate proposals, award contracts, or pay for response costs.
