Physician Services

The Township of Franklin in Somerset County, New Jersey, is soliciting proposals under Contract MC-FO-0013-27 to provide professional physician services. The required scope of work includes pre-employment physicals and drug screens, promotional physicals, employee return-to-work examinations, DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol screenings, work-related vaccinations for Rabies and Hepatitis B, fitness-for-duty exams, and respirator clearance. Performance of the work will be onsite. Eligibility is restricted to USA organizations. Bidders must possess a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate prior to contract award. Submissions must include one original, three printed copies, and all response pages saved on a CD or flash drive, or submitted digitally via email or online. Sealed proposals must be received by the Purchasing Agent by 11:30 A.M. on December 10, 2026. An evaluation team will review proposals based on proposal requirements, price, and other factors, then recommend the highest-ranking respondent to the governing body for award.
