Scope of work

- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in representing Planning and or Zoning Boards or representing applicants before such Boards
- Minimum of five (5) years servicing other governmental entities
- Not disbarred, suspended, or prohibited from professional practice by any federal, state, or local agency
