Insurance and bonding

Scope of work

Minimum qualifications

  • Admitted to the New Jersey Bar for a minimum of five (5) years
  • Maintain a multidisciplinary practice with emphasis on litigation/defense work for a minimum of five (5) years
  • Minimum of three (3) years servicing other governmental entities
  • Extensive trial experience in Federal and State Courts and administrative agencies
  • Statement that firm and individuals assigned are not disbarred, suspended, or prohibited from professional practice
