Medical Services

The City of Linden needs qualified individuals or firms to provide specialized medical services to the municipal government. The requested scope includes assisting staff on healthcare issues, developing healthcare protocols, consulting with the legal department, performing post-placement and disability evaluations, reviewing drug testing, ensuring PEOSHA/DOT compliance, and demonstrating HAZMAT knowledge. USA-based onshore organizations are eligible to bid, and the selected offerors will perform work offsite. Applicants must submit technical and cost proposals electronically via the MuniVendor eProcurement platform by November 6, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Submission requirements include detailed staff qualifications, five-year experience records, cost structures, and various notarized affidavits and legal certifications. All questions must be emailed to Jessica Sheehy by October 26, 2026. The City will evaluate total proposal content to select the most advantageous offer, awarding a contract running from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027.
