Public Information Officer and Strategic Communications Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide public information officer and strategic communications services to promote city initiatives, manage public image, and keep the community informed. The requested scope encompasses strategic messaging, press release drafting and distribution, media relations, crisis and emergency communications, press conference coordination, community outreach, and digital and traditional content creation for official websites and social media channels. Work performance must take place onsite. Eligible vendors must be based onshore in the United States. The buyer will award a contract term for a period of one year.
