Employee Assistance Program Services

The government authority located in Linden, NJ requires a vendor to provide employee assistance program services for a one-year contract period. The selected vendor will deliver short-term assessment and counseling, referrals, crisis intervention, critical incident debriefing, education and training, and human resources consultations. To fulfill this scope, the vendor must assess employee needs, recommend clinically appropriate community settings, offer prevention and education programs, and manage referrals. The vendor will also assist employees with mental health benefits assessment, conduct follow-ups, and provide crisis interventions for employees and their family members. Eligibility is limited to onshore entities within the United States, and all work must be performed onsite.
