Impervious Area Mapping Services

The City of Urbana requires a vendor to provide offsite impervious area mapping services to determine square footage on all city parcels for stormwater utility fee billing. The scope involves using 3-inch resolution geospatial imagery, or a proposed suitable alternative, to create an Esri-compatible GIS file geodatabase containing polygons aligned with the city's coordinate system. Eligibility is restricted to USA-based onshore organizations. Vendors must submit questions via the City's e-Procurement Portal by October 14, 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically through OpenGov Procurement at https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/urbanaillinois by October 19, 2026, at 2:00 pm. The solicitation requests pricing proposals, and the City reserves ninety calendar days after the submission deadline to make an award.
