Professional IT Support and Technology Support Services

The City of Linden needs qualified individuals or firms to serve as its primary technology partner and provide professional IT and technology support services. The requested scope includes cloud and system administration, file server and workstation management, cybersecurity enhancement, municipal application support, and strategic project management. Offers are restricted to USA-based entities, and the selected offeror's headquarters and support staff must be located in New Jersey. Additional eligibility requirements include at least five years of experience working with government agencies and a minimum of five dedicated W2 employees. Submissions must be made electronically through the MuniVendor eProcurement platform by November 6, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., with all questions submitted via email to Nicholos Pantina by October 26, 2026. Proposals must include a technical section detailing staff qualifications, mandatory forms, affirmative action documentation, and a cost proposal containing annual rates for specified support staff tiers. The contract term runs from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027. The City will evaluate total proposal content and select the offer most advantageous to its overall interests.
