Passenger Flow Management System

The buyer requires a vendor to design and implement a passenger flow management system that captures automated data on queuing, passenger movements, occupancy counting, and dwell times. The scope encompasses terminal curbsides, landside baggage claim areas, passenger check-in counters, and screening checkpoints to provide heatmapping, historical data, and real-time wait times. Only onshore U.S. organizations are eligible to bid, and all work will be performed offsite. Vendors must attend a mandatory pre-proposal Zoom meeting on October 16, 2026, and submit all questions by October 22, 2026. Proposals may be submitted digitally via email or online for a five-year contract term, and the buyer is currently accepting budget proposals.
