The City of Linden Board of Health requests legal proposals from qualified individuals and USA-based organizations to serve as the Board of Health Attorney. The selected attorney or firm will provide general legal counsel, attend regular and special meetings, and perform specialized legal services on an annual appointment from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027. Applicants must demonstrate extensive municipal experience, including at least five years handling municipal Board of Health matters, and submit standard technical, specialized, and cost proposals alongside required forms like the Non-Collusion Affidavit and Stockholder Disclosure Certification. Offerors must submit all questions by email no later than October 26, 2026, and must submit final proposals digitally through the MuniVendor eProcurement platform by November 6, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. The City will evaluate total proposal content to select the most advantageous offer based on all factors detailed in the RFQ, with the Board fixing the attorney's compensation.
