Snap-On Triton Scan Tool

San Antonio Water System (SAWS) seeks quotes from suppliers to provide a new and unused Snap-On Triton scan tool. The vendor must perform the work onsite in San Antonio, Texas, and provide F.O.B. Destination delivery with freight prepaid and allowed. Eligible USA-only suppliers must submit electronic bids through SAWS IonWave. Bidders must submit all questions by October 4, 2026. The contract term spans one year, with a required bid acceptance period of 90 calendar days following bid opening. SAWS will evaluate quotes based on price, applying any applicable discounts per line item or total bid amount, and past performance. Per Texas Local Government Code §252.043, SAWS will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
