E-Rate Dedicated Wide Area Network Services

The Lubbock, Texas government authority requires a vendor to provide E-rate dedicated wide area network (WAN) services. The requested scope includes dedicated, full-duplex Ethernet transport capacity without provider oversubscription, contention, or throttling, alongside logical and physical network diagrams illustrating all proposed circuits, hub locations, aggregation equipment, interconnections, District handoffs, inter-data-center services, and diverse fiber paths. To be eligible, vendors must be located onshore within the USA, and all work performance must occur onsite. Bidders must submit proposals for a one-year contract term and submit any questions no later than October 22, 2026.
