Comprehensive Point of Sale (POS) and Mobile Ordering Platform

The buyer requires a comprehensive Point of Sale (POS) and mobile ordering platform to replace its current software, maintain operational stability, and integrate with its new meal plan management system. The requested scope covers support for residential dining hall services, retail check-out through registers and ordering kiosks, back-of-house ticketing, a campus mobile ordering platform, and integrations with ERP systems, digital menu boards, and meal plan currencies. The platform must accommodate 20 to 25 backend administrative users and 20 to 30 daily cashiers, with all work performed offsite. Only onshore USA entities are eligible to bid on this project.
