The buyer needs a comprehensive, standalone, cloud-based Software-as-a-Service Evidence Management System to securely handle physical evidence from intake through final disposition. The requested scope includes securing application access, integrating with Records Management Systems via open APIs, supporting barcode and mobile scanning workflows compatible with existing Zebra hardware, and managing multi-vault storage locations.
