Trellix Licenses Services

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation requires offsite Trellix license services, specifically the Data Sec Endpt Prot Suite 1yr TE [P+] Trellix and Data Sec Endpt Prot Suite P:1TE [P+] Trellix. The contract term is for one year, and final delivery, inspection, and acceptance will occur at the designated location after receipt of the order. Eligible bidders are limited to onshore United States organizations. Vendors must deliver digital bid responses via email or online to the designated requestor by 2:00 p.m. on the quote response due date. Required application materials include all-inclusive pricing on the Line-Item Cost Worksheet, a completed Bidder Declaration form (GSPD-05-105), a Postconsumer Recycled-Content Certification form (CalRecycle 74), a California seller's permit number if applicable, and a DVBE Declarations form (DGS PD 843) when utilizing DVBE contractors. Subcontracting cannot exceed 40% without an accompanying letter of explanation. The buyer will evaluate quotes and award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder that meets all administrative, technical, and general terms and conditions on an all-or-none or individual line-item basis.
