Traffic Management Equipment Supplies

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey requires a contractor to supply and deliver traffic management equipment supplies, including equipment for rental, to various warehouses in New York and New Jersey. Bidders must quote fully delivered pricing on an as-needed basis for a two-year requirement contract scheduled to begin on or about November 16, 2026. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and the work will be performed offsite. Bidders must submit the completed and signed RFQ form and the populated pricing sheet by 11:00:00 AM on October 19, 2026. The Port Authority intends to evaluate bids and make a single award based on the total estimated delivered price for all items. Upon request, bidders must submit product samples within seven business days at their own expense or risk bid rejection. Contract execution requires meeting specified commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation insurance coverage levels.
