Housing Rehabilitation Consulting Services

The City of Linden seeks qualified individuals or USA-based organizations to provide housing rehabilitation consulting services from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027. The selected vendor must inspect work, process payments and loan documents, discuss lead-based paint requirements and required documentation, and meet with homeowners to confirm income eligibility, approve bids, and sign construction documents. Eligible respondents must possess at least 10 years of housing rehabilitation consulting experience and at least five years of experience serving governmental entities. Applicants must submit technical and cost proposals electronically through the MuniVendor eProcurement platform by November 6, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Technical submissions must detail relevant expertise, staff qualifications, compliance statements, past project experience from the last five years, and required notarized certification forms.
