Planning Services

The government authority located in Linden, NJ requires a vendor to provide comprehensive planning services for a one-year contract term. The selected vendor must identify potential county, state, and federal funding sources tailored to the city's needs, prepare all requested grant applications, and complete required reporting for received grants. Additionally, the vendor must prepare redevelopment plans following the New Jersey Local Redevelopment and Housing Law and identify Regional Contribution Agreements with sending municipalities under Council on Affordable Housing regulations. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA vendors, and the requested work will be performed offsite. Applicants must submit a proposal containing their budget, and all questions regarding the opportunity must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
