Alcohol and Drug Withdrawal Management Services

The government authority located in Oregon seeks a vendor to provide alcohol and drug withdrawal management services for indigent, uninsured, or underinsured adults aged 18 or older residing in the county at or below 200% of federal poverty guidelines. The chosen vendor must deliver medical supervision, psychosocial care, access to pharmacological treatments, and care coordination through a holistic Recovery Oriented System of Care to help patients manage substance withdrawal and transition to lower levels of care. Eligible applicants are restricted to onshore U.S. organizations, and the required work will take place offsite.
