Website Design, Development, Hosting, Migration, Implementation, Management and Digital Strategy Services Using Drupal CMS

The college seeks a USA-based vendor to provide comprehensive website design, development, hosting, migration, implementation, management, and digital strategy services using the Drupal content management system. The selected vendor must deliver a responsive, mobile-first public website that supports institutional branding, incorporates multimedia content, adheres to WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards, and includes robust search, analytics, and SEO capabilities. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite work opportunity. Vendors can submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the college is currently seeking proposal budgets to determine the project cost.
