GIS Mapping and Asset Inventory Service

The City of Charlotte, MI requires a vendor to provide professional surveying and geographic information system (GIS) services to create a comprehensive GIS-based map and inventory of the city's storm sewer system. The selected vendor must scan hard-copy records to PDF format, attach those drawings to associated GIS assets, create feature layers for storm sewer structures, and configure the system to integrate with the city's existing Esri ArcGIS environment. Work will be performed offsite. Only onshore, USA-based organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. Interested vendors must submit all questions no later than October 14, 2026. Responses can be submitted digitally via email or online, and the city is currently seeking budget proposals for the project.
