Design-Build Services

The government authority in Atlanta, Georgia needs a vendor to deliver design-build services for a facility housing clinical support spaces, including laboratories, a pharmacy, and medication rooms. The scope encompasses design, construction, and post-construction services, including project management, building analysis, safety planning, scheduling, permitting, construction procurement, and value engineering. The vendor must design an exterior façade that complements the existing building to create a cohesive campus environment while providing performance and payment bonds, insurance, and all required project phase executions. Only onshore, USA-based organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this onsite work. The buyer requests proposals for the budget and will hold a pre-bid conference on October 20, 2026.
