Client-Side Program Management Consultant for GIS and Enterprise Asset Management Reimplementation

The Massachusetts Commission seeks a client-side program management consultant to oversee the reimplementation of its Esri GIS and Trimble Cityworks enterprise asset management platforms. The selected consultant must provide independent expertise to supplement staff, establish a disciplined program structure, coordinate resources, manage risks, and align both system reimplementations with the agency's schedule, budget, and operational goals. This project aims to transition the Commission to current, supported platforms while modernizing business processes and leveraging newer capabilities in mobile technology, analytics, and asset management.
