Budget and Forecast System

The buyer requires a budget and forecast system to reduce manual work, automate financial reporting, improve financial analysis, and support scenario modeling and management decision-making. The requested scope includes six-year and 20-year budgeting, annual cost-of-service studies, rate design, capital planning support, business case evaluation, organizational user input, driver-based configurable models, data sharing management, and configurable workflow automation. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals, and the vendor must perform all work offsite within their own office premises. Vendors must submit all questions no later than October 10, 2026, and the final application deadline is October 16, 2026.
