RFI for Weapon Storage and Security System

The government authority located in New Mexico needs a vendor to provide a weapon storage and security system, along with alarm communications and display systems. The requested scope includes routine and emergency on-site and virtual technical support, hardware and software configuration, system integration testing, software-baseline sustainment, technical-data development, and supply-chain resiliency and obsolescence analysis. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid, and the vendor must perform the work offsite at its own office premises. Interested applicants must submit all questions no later than December 2, 2026, and the authority is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
