Outside Legal Counsel Services

The City of Columbus, Ohio requires a vendor to provide outside legal counsel services to work closely with the city attorney's staff and other city personnel. The requested scope includes conducting evaluative and investigative preparatory work, drafting complex contracts, rendering legal opinions, handling litigation from pleadings to appeals, and submitting monthly billing alongside quarterly status reports. Eligible applicants must be located onshore within the USA, and performance of the work will be onsite. Proposals must be submitted digitally via email or online, and all questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026. The contract term will be for a period of one year, and the buyer is looking for proposal budgets.
