SCADA Support Service

The government authority located in Asheville, North Carolina needs a vendor to provide SCADA support services to manage, maintain, and improve its water system instrumentation and control systems. The scope of work includes technical integration, routine troubleshooting, emergency after-hours support, PLC/HMI programming, network security, software updates, control panel design, wiring diagrams, radio telemetry, and routine process instrumentation cleaning and calibration. Eligible applicants are restricted to USA onshore organizations, and the work will be performed offsite. Interested vendors must submit all questions no later than October 23, 2026.
