3D Laser Scanning System

The St. Charles, Missouri government authority requires a vendor to provide a 3D laser scanning (LiDAR) system to forensically document traffic crashes, major crime scenes, officer-involved shootings, arson scenes, and critical infrastructure. The requested scope includes the 3D laser scanner, processing and reconstruction software, accessories, and training. The software must perform automated and manual registration of multiple scan positions with reported error statistics, and include all necessary licenses for point-cloud processing, forensic measurement, and diagramming. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid, and the work will be performed offsite. Interested vendors must submit all questions no later than October 16, 2026.
