The buyer requires an operator to provide facility management, programming, booking, and operation services. The selected operator must handle event scheduling, front-of-house operations, event coordination, promotions, marketing, sponsorship, ticketing, financial administration, show-by-show accounting, and transition services. For event scheduling, the operator must attract, negotiate, and contract national and regional touring acts, ensuring at least 85% of qualifying ticketed events feature national touring acts. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations, and the work will be performed offsite.
