Scope of work
- Create AutoCAD files from easement documents, check easement closures, and align drawing files into District coordinate system
- Create AutoCAD files from District notes and sketches
- Provide construction staking and perform construction surveys
- Perform settlement monitoring on SacSewer facilities
- Establish horizontal and vertical controls
- Determine locations of property lines, boundaries, easements, and right-of-way
- Establish and adjust benchmarks and provide survey monument support per Business and Professions Code 8771
- Perform traditional, aerial topographic, and photogrammetric control surveys and prepare mapping/orthophotos
Minimum qualifications
- Prior experience in water and wastewater utilities
- Staff overseeing deliverables must hold a valid California surveying license issued by the California Board of Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists
- Valid DIR registration numbers for personnel performing public works tasks, pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5
- At least 5 examples of experience with similar services within the last 7 years, including a minimum of 3 public agency contacts
