Digital Tax Maps and Geographic Information System Base Map Services

The Township of Cherry Hill needs a vendor to provide maintenance of digital tax maps and Geographic Information System (GIS) base map services for the 2027 calendar year. The selected contractor must apply 2026 changes to the ESRI ArcGIS 10 base map—which is linked to MOD IV tax assessment data—to ensure uniform municipal conditions, and submit a draft copy of the updated mapping for Township review. Eligibility is limited to USA-based organizations operating offsite. Applicants must submit one original hard copy with original signatures and an electronic copy on a flash drive by 11:00 A.M. on November 6, 2026, or submit digitally via email or online. Proposals must include a proposed hourly rate fee schedule for 2027, key personnel resumes, an example invoice, proof of required insurance, and mandatory statutory forms including an Ownership Disclosure Certification and Non-Collusion Affidavit. An evaluation team will evaluate proposals based on price, technical suitability to perform the required tasks, and management, experience, and personnel qualifications.
