Benin - Data-Driven Smart Agriculture System

PromoFruit Benin requires a vendor to deliver a data-driven smart agriculture system divided into four distinct phases. The scope includes conducting technical audits and needs assessments, developing custom algorithms and predictive decision-support models for crops, executing drone flight plans and photogrammetric processing across a pilot network, and providing capacity building and training. Only onshore organizations based in Benin are eligible to bid for this opportunity. The work requires both onsite and offsite performance, and applicants can submit their proposals digitally via email or online. The buyer is currently seeking proposals to determine the budget, but the text does not state application deadlines, evaluation criteria, or the contract term.
