Risk Manager for Health Benefits Services

The Borough of Pompton Lakes in Passaic County, New Jersey, is soliciting Qualification Statements from interested persons or firms to provide offsite Risk Management Services for health benefits on an as-needed basis. The contract covers calendar year 2027. Eligibility is limited to onshore, USA-only organizations that possess the requisite professional, financial, and administrative capabilities. Respondents must submit an original and four bound copies of their Qualification Statement via mail or hand-delivery to the Borough by 4:00 PM on November 20, 2026. Submissions must include administrative details, an executed Letter of Qualification, a proposed rate schedule listing hourly rates or other fees, and signed Appendix forms. A Review Team will evaluate submissions to select a qualified firm based on the most advantageous proposal, evaluating experience, reputation in the field, and overall capability to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services.
