Bond Counsel Services

The Borough of Pompton Lakes seeks Qualification Statements from interested persons and firms to provide as-needed Bond Counsel services for calendar year 2027. Eligible applicants include onshore USA organizations, firms, or joint ventures that demonstrate continuing capability, expertise, and the administrative, financial, and professional capacity to deliver cost-effective professional services. To apply, respondents must submit one bound original and four copies of their Qualification Statement via mail or hand delivery to the Borough by 4:00 pm on November 20, 2026. Submissions must include basic firm details, business addresses of all principals, a proposed rate schedule listing hourly rates or fee structures, an executed Letter of Qualification, and an executed Letter of Intent regarding affirmative action compliance. The Review Team will evaluate proposals to select the most advantageous offer based on the firm's experience, reputation in the field, capability to provide high-quality services, and overall responsiveness to the request.
