Environmental and Cleaning Services

The University of South Dakota needs environmental and cleaning services for Coyote Village and Professional Staff Apartments in Vermillion, South Dakota. The requested scope includes deep cleaning common areas, kitchens, living rooms, and bedrooms, such as washing walls, baseboards, and windows, cleaning appliances, vacuuming, moping, and emptying light fixtures. Offerors located within the USA are eligible to bid. Proposals must be submitted by November 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM to Raleigh Tiahrt at [email protected]. Applicants must submit pricing for each suite, apartment, and staff unit, along with hourly rates, a breakdown of cleaning chemicals used, an outline of chemical training, and information for at least three references. Evaluators will assess proposals using subjective judgment based on cost, along with experience and reliability. The initial contract term runs from December 15, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with options to renew for four additional one-year periods.
