Water Demand Projections and Analysis Service

The City of Fort Worth Water Department requests statements of qualification from consultants to develop long-range water usage and demand projections for its entire retail and wholesale service area across a 50-year planning horizon. The scope of services includes project management, data collection and evaluation, historical water use analysis, service area and population projections, wholesale customer surveys, and delivery of forecast models in Excel or similar formats. Performance of the work will occur onsite in Fort Worth, Texas. Only onshore US organizations are eligible to apply. Applicants must upload one electronic PDF qualifications packet of at most 20 pages through the Bonfire portal by January 30, 2026. Submittals must include a Questionnaire Form CIQ for conflict of interest disclosure, and the selected contractor must submit a completed, notarized Form 1295 prior to City Council contract presentation. Evaluation criteria focus on project team experience, firm experience, and references. The budget for this contract shall not exceed $180,000.
