The Borough of Pompton Lakes is soliciting Qualification Statements from interested persons and USA-based firms to provide Planning Board Attorney Services for calendar year 2027. Applicants must demonstrate the professional, administrative, and financial capabilities to deliver high-quality, cost-effective legal services offsite to the municipality. Interested respondents must submit an original and four bound, signed copies of their Qualification Statement to the Borough of Pompton Lakes, 25 Lenox Avenue, Pompton Lakes, NJ 07442. Submissions must be mailed or hand-delivered by 4:00 pm prevailing time on November 20, 2026, though the listing notes digital submissions via email or online are also accepted. Proposals must include an executed Letter of Qualification, basic firm administrative information, principal details, and a proposed rate schedule featuring hourly rates or other pricing structure. The Borough and its Review Team will evaluate proposals based on the most advantageous response considering all relevant factors, including experience and reputation in the field.
