Borough Engineer Services

The Borough of Pompton Lakes, New Jersey seeks qualification statements from interested persons and USA-based organizations to provide Borough Engineer Services for calendar year 2027. Applicants must demonstrate the professional, administrative, and financial capabilities required to provide high-quality, cost-effective engineering services on site. Respondents must mail or hand-deliver an original and four bound, signed copies of their qualification statement to the Borough of Pompton Lakes by 4:00 PM on November 20, 2026. Submissions must include administrative information, principal details, an executed Letter of Qualification, an executed Letter of Intent, and a proposed rate schedule containing hourly rates. Vendors must have submitted all questions no later than September 29, 2026. A review team will evaluate qualification statements based on experience and reputation in the field, selecting proposals determined to be the most advantageous to the municipality. Qualified applicants must also agree to work under the compensation terms, conditions, and affirmative action laws specified by the Borough.
