Government Lobbyist Services

The university authority in Massachusetts requires a vendor to provide offsite federal government lobbyist services. The scope includes developing a Federal Engagement Strategic Plan within 90 days of contract award, advising on higher education and research policies, identifying funding and partnership opportunities, monitoring federal budget activity, and managing representation and reporting. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity.
