RFI for Bundled and Renewable Energy Credits Service

The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) seeks information and non-binding indicative pricing for bundled energy, renewable energy projects, renewable energy credits (RECs), other environmental attributes, and carbon offsets. Vendors must submit company details, commercial structures, market information, experience, and pricing assumptions to assist Massport in procurement planning and market assessment. Eligible respondents include onshore United States organizations capable of performing the work offsite. Interested parties must submit questions electronically to [email protected] by October 16, 2026. Final RFI responses and required attachments are due electronically as searchable PDF documents by 3:00 PM on November 20, 2026, with the Indicative Pricing Information Form submitted separately. Massport may evaluate responses based on vendor experience, qualifications, the ability to supply bundled energy or unbundled RECs, and indicative pricing competitiveness.
