Janitorial Maintenance Services

The Wyoming Department of Transportation requires janitorial maintenance services at the Fort Steele Rest Area. The contractor must perform daily cleaning, scrubbing, and disinfecting of building facilities, including floors, urinals, toilets, sinks, walls, and ceilings. Additional duties include removing trash and debris from rest area grounds, cleaning tables and arbors, washing windows, clearing snow, sweeping sidewalks, mowing grass, applying fertilizer, changing light bulbs, and making minor plumbing repairs. The contractor must also furnish and maintain all necessary equipment at their own expense. This solicitation is open to USA organizations, and bidders seeking a residency preference must submit required documents to Labor Standards. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on October 21, 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically through Public Purchase using unaltered WYDOT proposal forms by 11:00 A.M. Mountain Time on November 10, 2026. Bids sent by paper, email, or facsimile, as well as password-protected or modified submissions, will not be considered.
