Technical Review and Advisory Services

The Idaho Department of Lands requires qualified consulting firms to provide technical review and advisory services for mine reclamation plans, cyanidation facility permanent closure plans, and associated reclamation cost estimates. The scope includes evaluating process fluid management, cyanide detoxification, decommissioning, hazardous materials management, physical reclamation, water treatment, and post-closure monitoring offsite at the vendor's office premises. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Interested vendors must submit sealed Statements of Qualifications electronically via IPRO, and all questions must be submitted by October 21, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time. The initial contract term is one year, with options to renew for four additional one-year periods, for an anticipated total contract term of five years.
